We are the member of the Austrian Kennel Club (ÖKV / FCI), and the ISDS.
My name is Zita Jelinek. I started dealing with dogs in 1995.
Our first dog was born in 1994, she’s name was Roxana (German Shepherd), who proved to be a talented sports dog from a young age. Because of her I became a crazy doggy people. 🙂 This passion still defines my everyday life.
My first border collie comes from Christine Charpentier’s (3- times agility word champion) border collie kennel (MacLeod) called: Birdy el Brilliant MacLeod, “Brill.”
I had loved the breed for a long time, when I finally had the opportunity to have this wonderful dog mine. Fate unfortunately only gave us 5 years. ;( (During this time, we spent a lot of time with herding, agility, obedience and frisbee). We were successful competitors in all dogsports.
I’ve been thinking about for a long time, to creating a small but great border collie kennel, where I can breed high-quality working dogs.
With my kennel founder: Jyl (Unique Gulden Land) this dream also came true. <3
My experiences in dog-word
I started doing agility in 1995 at the “Óbuda Dog School”, where I was a member for 9 years. Due to moving, I was temporarily accepted by the team of the “Top Mancs” Dog School for two years, and then in 2006 I moved to Monor.
Soon I have new canine friends in our new home, and as a member of an enthusiastic canine team called “Agility Monor”, we soon created our world-famous team. 🙂
With the greatest enthusiasm I try to pass on my knowledge to my students. Many of whom compete at the highest level, and I’m also competitor too.:)
At this moment, we are living, working and training/competing with our dogs in Austria, so in the upcoming period you can meet with us mostly around Wien.

In addition to agility, the dog-frisbee was also captivated me for a couple of years. Brill and I competed in freestyle chategorie, and we were on the podium several times. 🙂
I also started to herd with my border collies. Unfortunately, I have far fewer opportunities and time to do this, than I would like.
Whenever I can, I go to herding trainings with our dogs to became the witness of the miracle, what only a border collie can do: guiding the sheeps in a wonderful way with their strong eyes.
